Day-by-Day Itinerary
Arrival in Kathmandu
Private airport transfer. Expedition briefing and gear check with climbing guide. Welcome dinner.
Fly to Lukla, Trek to Phakding
Scenic flight to Lukla. Trek through pine forests along the Dudh Kosi to Phakding.
Trek to Namche Bazaar
Cross high suspension bridges and climb to the Sherpa capital with first Everest views.
Acclimatization in Namche
Hike to Everest View Hotel for panoramic views. Visit Sherpa museum and local market.
Trek to Tengboche
Traverse to Tengboche through rhododendron forest. Visit the famous monastery with Ama Dablam backdrop.
Trek to Dingboche
Continue up the Imja Khola valley past Pangboche to the broad plateau of Dingboche.
Acclimatization in Dingboche
Hike to Nangkartshang Peak (5,083m) for views of Makalu, Ama Dablam, and Island Peak.
Trek to Lobuche Village
Trek past the Thukla memorials and along the Khumbu Glacier lateral moraine to Lobuche village.
Climbing Skills & Base Camp
Morning crampon and rope technique training. Afternoon trek to Lobuche East Base Camp.
Move to High Camp
Ascend the moraine ridge to High Camp. Practice fixed-rope climbing on nearby terrain.
Summit Day
Depart at 2 AM. Climb the steep couloir and mixed terrain to the summit ridge. Reach Lobuche East summit (6,119m) with views of Everest, Nuptse, Pumori, and Ama Dablam. Descend to Base Camp.
Reserve Day
Weather contingency for summit attempt. If summited, optional hike toward Kala Patthar or Everest Base Camp.
Trek to Tengboche
Descend rapidly through Dingboche and Pangboche back to Tengboche.
Trek to Namche Bazaar
Continue descent to Namche. Celebration dinner with the team.
Trek to Lukla
Final trek day descending to Lukla. Farewell dinner.
Fly to Kathmandu & Departure
Morning flight to Kathmandu. Private transfer, farewell lunch, airport transfer.
