Fly to Lumbini
Morning flight from Kathmandu to Bhairahawa. Private transfer to Lumbini. Afternoon visit to the Sacred Garden: Maya Devi Temple, Ashoka Pillar, and the ancient bathing pond where Queen Maya Devi bathed before giving birth.
Monastery Zone & Meditation
Full-day exploration of the international monastery zone. Visit the Tibetan, Thai, Myanmar, Korean, German, and Japanese monasteries. Guided meditation session with resident monks at a Theravada temple. Evening peace lamp ceremony.
Tilaurakot & Kapilvastu
Excursion to Tilaurakot, the ancient Shakya kingdom capital where Siddhartha Gautama lived as a prince. Visit the excavated palace ruins and the Kapilvastu Museum. Return to Lumbini for sunset meditation.
Return to Kathmandu
Morning rickshaw ride through the sacred garden. Transfer to Bhairahawa for flight to Kathmandu. Airport transfer.
